This is an absolutely fantastic post outlining how to get your lazy self (hey, I'm including myself here) outside your comfort zone. When I first started working with Grails I tweeted something like, "I have no idea what I'm doing and it's a great feeling," and this blog posts captures that same sentiment in a more practical way.
